Our maple syrup is aged in award-winning Wigle Whiskey bourbon barrels until the flavor is just right. We then filter and hot pack the syrup into bottles, resulting in syrup with flavors of maple and bourbon without the alcohol.
Our Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup can be eaten on your pancakes and waffles, but it is equally delicious topping vanilla ice cream or cheesecake and as a coffee sweetener. We also use it as a glaze on various vegetables like squash and sweet potatoes, and on baked salmon and chicken.
