Because we are a custom-exempt facility under Pennsylvania state inspection, we are required to sell animals prior to slaughter and processing.  Lamb is available in whole, half, quarter, and eighth quantities.  An entire animal must be sold before processing.

Current prices are around $3.50/lb live weight, or $6.25/lb. hanging weight.  A basic bone-in cut/grind package will average around $12.00-14.00/lb.  For extra services such as specialty cuts, add an additional $3.50/lb. 

50% due at time of order; remainder due at pickup.
